Payment and Cancellation Policy

1. Payment Policy
   All coaching sessions must be paid in full prior to the start of each session. Payment is required before the session begins to ensure a smooth and timely coaching experience. Please note that there are no refunds for sessions that have already been conducted.
2. Late/Reschedule Policy

• If you arrive late for a scheduled session, the session may be shortened accordingly.
• If you are more than 10 minutes late, the session may be canceled, and the session will be considered as "missed."

To maintain the integrity of our coaching schedule, at least 24 hours' notice is required for any cancellations or rescheduling of sessions. Repeated tardiness or cancellations may affect your eligibility for future coaching sessions.

Code of Conduct
Clients are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and professional manner during all coaching sessions. Any unlawful behavior, including but not limited to hate speech, bullying, promotion of products or services, or spamming, will not be tolerated and may result in the immediate termination of services.
